CareSpan Health ( (TSE:CSPN) ) has shared an update.
CareSpan Health, Inc. has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Medtech AI Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, through a transaction valued at approximately $18.3 million. This acquisition will not create a new control person but is expected to be a reviewable transaction under TSX Venture Exchange policies. Following the acquisition, CareSpan will change its name to AGI Health Inc., while maintaining its current management structure and gaining exclusive ownership of Medtech’s assets, including a 27% equity stake in Oxford.
