CareCloud Shareholders Address Preferred Stock Changes

CareCloud (CCLD) has provided an announcement.

CareCloud, Inc. held a special meeting on August 23, 2024, where the majority of Series A Preferred Shareholders participated by proxy to vote on two critical proposals concerning the company’s preferred stock. The first proposal was to amend the Preferred Stock Certificate, and the second was to allow adjournments to gather more votes if necessary. Due to insufficient votes for the first proposal, the meeting was adjourned to September 11, 2024, to solicit additional support. The company also issued a press release about the meeting’s adjournment and the ongoing proxy solicitation efforts.
