Carebook Technologies Inc. has received overwhelming shareholder approval for a going private transaction with UIL Limited, where UIL will acquire all outstanding common shares of Carebook, excluding those already owned by UIL, for C$0.10 per share. This arrangement, subject to court approval and other closing conditions, will result in Carebook’s shares being delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange and the company ceasing to be a reporting issuer.
