Care Property Invest has announced the acquisition of ‘Fleurâge Residences’, a luxury care residence with 22 apartments in Bloemendaal, The Netherlands, for approximately €10.2 million. The deal, structured as an asset deal through a subsidiary, is expected to be finalized in Q4 2024, enhancing the company’s Dutch portfolio to 28 properties. A new long-term lease agreement with Domus Valuas, marking their ninth collaboration, will aim to provide high-quality care for the elderly in this historic estate dating back to 1720.
