Cardno Limited has announced a special dividend of AUD $10.8 million, equating to 27.6 cents per share, to shareholders on record as of April 11, 2024, with payment due on April 29, 2024. This decision comes after successful legal claim collections and the sale of Cardno International Development. The company is also focusing on divesting Entrix operations and minimizing overhead costs to maximize shareholder distributions.
