Cardinal Energy Shareholders Elect New Directors

Cardinal Energy (TSE:CJ) has released an update.

Cardinal Energy Ltd. successfully conducted its annual shareholders meeting with resolutions passed on fixing the number of directors at five, the election of all proposed nominees as directors, and the reappointment of KPMG LLP as auditors. Nearly a third of all eligible votes were cast, showing strong engagement amongst shareholders. The elected directors will serve until the next annual meeting, with the company’s financial activities to be audited by KPMG.
