The Cardiff Property PLC, specializing in property investment and development in the Thames Valley, reported a modest increase in lettings and investment activity in the first half of the financial year. Despite a challenging property market, with office rents impacted by remote work trends, the company achieved a profit before tax of £780,000 and declared an interim dividend of 6.5p per share, reflecting a positive outlook and increased confidence in the market.
