Cardiff Lexington (CDIX) has issued an announcement.

Cardiff Lexington Corporation has announced a restructuring of its accounting department, resulting in the termination of Zia Choe as Chief Accounting Officer. Matthew T. Shafer, the CFO, will take over as the principal accounting officer, with the support of a newly hired Controller and Staff Accountant.
