CardieX Limited has announced an offer for up to 27 million Quoted Options, exercisable at $0.20 each and expiring in November 2025, with an allocation of up to 25 million options to C2 Ventures Pty Limited and the remainder to company directors. The offer, which is of a speculative nature, will close in June 2024, with additional Free Attaching Options to be allotted upon certain conditions.
