Cardiex Limited has reported a change in the interests of Director Craig Cooper, detailing both direct and indirect transactions. Cooper acquired additional Fully Paid Ordinary (FPO) shares and Quoted Options in an off-market transfer for no consideration, and post-change, holds over 6 million FPO shares and close to 2 million Quoted Options directly, with indirect interests through C2 Ventures Pty Ltd also adjusted.
