Card Factory PLC has announced that its issued share capital currently stands at 345,644,617 ordinary shares with a 1p nominal value each, all carrying equal voting rights and none held in treasury. This count is the basis for shareholders to calculate notifications of interest or changes thereof as per the FCA’s rules. The notification was made by Ciaran Stone, the General Counsel and Company Secretary of Card Factory.
