Card Factory PLC has announced that top executives, CEO Darcy Willson-Rymer and CFO Matthias Seeger, have been granted conditional share awards under the company’s Long Term Incentive Plan. These awards constitute conditional interests in the company’s ordinary shares and are part of executive compensation. The transactions, which took place outside of a trading venue, were disclosed in compliance with regulatory transparency rules.
