Carbon Streaming Faces Rimba Raya License Challenge

Carbon Streaming Corporation (TSE:NETZ) has released an update.

Carbon Streaming Corporation reports on the recent challenges faced by the Rimba Raya project, where the Forest Utilization Business License has been revoked by Indonesian authorities. PT Rimba Raya Conservation, the local partner in the project, is disputing the revocation and has taken legal action, with a final court decision expected in June 2024. The license was allegedly revoked for non-approved transfer and exceeding the approved land area for carbon trading.
