Carbon Done Right Developments Inc. has announced a private placement of up to 43.1 million common shares at C$0.05 each to raise approximately C$2.1 million, with an option for the agent to increase the offering by 20%. The proceeds will be used for project development, technology advancement, new site acquisitions, and general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close by April 26, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals, including a concurrent fundraising effort in the UK.
