Caravel Minerals Limited has reached a pivotal milestone in advancing its Caravel Copper Project by lodging an Environmental Review Document with the Environmental Protection Agency of Western Australia, marking the culmination of four years of research and environmental studies. The project, which aims to develop a large-scale, long-life copper mine in WA’s Wheatbelt region, will employ conventional open-pit mining and is expected to produce significant annual copper and molybdenum output over its 25-year lifespan. With its commitment to sustainable practices, the project also highlights the potential for low carbon intensity copper products and regional environmental enhancements.
