Caracal Gold PLC, an East African gold producer, has announced an amendment to its investment agreement with Cynergy Global Ltd, extending the deadline for a $500,000 investment tranche to 20 August 2024. This investment is part of a multi-phase deal which, upon completion, will grant Cynergy a 25% stake in Caracal Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary controlling key gold mining assets. The funds from this investment will support the expansion of the Kilimapesa Gold Mine.
