Captii Limited has announced that the Delhi High Court dismissed its joint venture entity UTPL’s petition for interim relief as the matter moved to arbitration. The arbitrator largely ruled in UTPL’s favor, dismissing most of the Telco’s claims and ordering the return of hardware to UTPL, with the Telco granted a minor portion of the claimed gratification costs. Shareholders are cautioned to be prudent with their securities transactions during this time.
