Captii Limited recently held its AGM where key executives and directors were present, and it was announced that Mr. Phuah Peng Hock and Mr. Chuah Seong Phaik would be stepping down from their roles as Independent Directors. The AGM commenced with a quorum and all resolutions were voted on by way of poll, following the proper notification procedures to shareholders.
