Caprock Mining Corp. has announced plans to raise up to $420,125 through a private placement of shares to fund its Destiny Gold Project in Québec. The company will also issue an initial tranche of shares as part of an option agreement with Big Ridge Gold Corp., a related party transaction. The funds will support exploration expenses and general working capital.
