Caprock Mining Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $130,750 through the sale of over 8.7 million units at $0.015 each, including common shares and warrants. The proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, with an expectation to close the offering by August 29, 2025. The placement includes a significant purchase by director Daniel Cohen, qualifying as a ‘related party transaction’.
