Capricorn Metals Ltd ( (AU:CMM) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Capricorn Metals reported preliminary March quarter production of 30,358 ounces of gold at its Karlawinda Gold Project, bringing year-to-date output to 93,152 ounces and keeping the company on track to reach the upper end of its FY26 guidance of 115,000 to 125,000 ounces. The operation is running at the expanded project rate, supporting both steady production and development needs for the Karlawinda Expansion Project, while the company notes diesel supply remains a key industry risk but is not currently affecting its operations.
The miner’s cash and gold on hand rose to $507.6 million at quarter end, after generating a $100.2 million cash build before $50 million in capital expenditure across Karlawinda expansion works and the Mt Gibson development. Construction at Karlawinda has reached peak activity with most plant concrete, steelwork, piping and mechanical equipment now in place and the ball mill delivered ahead of schedule, while early spend and design completion at Mt Gibson are positioning Capricorn to move quickly once permitting is finalised.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:CMM) stock is a Hold with a A$12.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Capricorn Metals Ltd stock, see the AU:CMM Stock Forecast page.
