Capricorn Energy PLC has announced a recent share buyback, purchasing 13,658 of its own shares for cancellation, with an aggregate cost of £18,854,964 to date. This move reduces the total number of ordinary shares to 71,057,663, which also reflects the total voting rights post cancellation. The repurchase was carried out through Merrill Lynch International as part of an ongoing share repurchase arrangement.
