Capricorn Energy PLC has announced the repurchase of 16,893 of its ordinary shares, with transactions executed on the London Stock Exchange, Chi-X, and BATS. This buyback is part of a larger program that has seen the company purchase over 8.6 million shares to date, totaling nearly £19.7 million. Following these actions, Capricorn’s total shares in issue stand at 70,637,060.
