Capricorn Energy Exec Increases Shareholding

Capricorn Energy PLC (GB:CNE) has released an update.

Capricorn Energy PLC has announced purchases and awards of shares under its Share Incentive Plan (SIP) for employees, with Commercial Director Nathan Piper acquiring a total of 198 shares through the plan. Participants in the SIP bought ‘Partnership Shares’ from their gross salaries and received ‘Matching Shares’ at no extra cost, which are held for five years. Piper’s stake in the company now stands at 0.01% of the issued share capital, reflecting his optimistic commitment to Capricorn’s growth.
