Capricorn Energy PLC has announced the repurchase of 6,957 of its ordinary shares for cancellation through BofA Securities, as a continuation of its share buyback programme detailed in June 2024. Following the buyback, the total number of shares in issue stands at 71,123,669 with an equivalent number of voting rights. The company has spent a cumulative total of £18,705,892 on the buyback programme to date.
