Capricorn Energy PLC has announced the purchase of 7,622 of its ordinary shares for cancellation, as part of an ongoing share repurchase program. The transactions, completed through various trading venues with the highest price paid being 218.00 GBP per share, brings the total number of shares bought back to date to over 8.25 million, at a cost of approximately 19 million GBP. Following the share cancellations, the company reports a total of 70,988,173 ordinary shares remaining, with equivalent voting rights.
