Capricorn Energy PLC (GB:CNE) has released an update.
Capricorn Energy PLC has recently bought back 9,990 of its own shares for cancellation, spending a total of £18,984,205 on its share repurchase program to date. Following the cancellation, the total number of ordinary shares in issue has been reduced to 70,995,795, also reflecting the updated total voting rights. This move is part of the company’s strategy to manage its capital and provide shareholder value, executed through the brokerage services of Merrill Lynch International.
