Capricorn Energy PLC recently announced a share buyback, purchasing 16,637 of its own shares across different trading venues at an average price of 228.06 GBP per share for cancellation. The buyback is part of an ongoing program announced on May 4, 2023, which has seen the company spend £18,639,538 to repurchase 8,085,899 shares to date. Following the cancellation of these shares, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in Capricorn now stands at 71,152,839.
