Capricorn Energy PLC has recently executed a share repurchase, buying back 15 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 230.00 GBP each from the London Stock Exchange, for cancellation. The transaction, part of an ongoing share buyback program announced on 17 June 2024, brings the total number of shares purchased to 8,069,262 and the total spent to approximately 18.6 million GBP. Post cancellation, the total issued shares and voting rights of the company stand at 71,169,476.
