Caprice Resources Ltd. has announced the issuance of 37 million new options expiring on January 31, 2027, at an exercise price of $0.03 each, effective September 2, 2024. These options are unquoted, meaning they will not be traded on the Australian Securities Exchange and pertain to an earlier transaction referenced in an Appendix 3B.
