Caprice Resources Ltd. has announced a new securities issue, proposing the issuance of 5,280,000 fully paid ordinary shares and 20,000,000 options expiring on 31st January 2027, with an exercise price of $0.03. These securities are set to be offered starting from 16th August 2024, subject to approval by the ASX for quotation on a deferred settlement basis.
