Caprice Resources Announces Director Resignation

Caprice Resources Ltd. (AU:CRS) has released an update.

Philip Re has stepped down as a director of Caprice Resources Ltd, effective September 2, 2024. Despite holding no registered securities at the time of resignation, Re is associated with 2,000,000 shares and 500,000 unquoted options through Traditional Securities Pty Ltd, and a further 4,000,000 shares and 5,000,000 unquoted options via Exchange Capital Advisory Pty Ltd, all acquired on the day of his resignation. These interests, reported for transparency, were not included in an Appendix 3Y due to their acquisition post-resignation.
