Capral Limited has announced a change in Director Anthony Matthew Dragicevich’s interest in the company, with a recent acquisition of 10,000 ordinary shares and a corresponding transfer of the same number of shares between accounts. The transaction, valued at $84,900 based on the market’s closing price the day before the order, has resulted in Dragicevich holding a total of 528,846 ordinary shares, alongside various performance rights and escrow shares.
