Capitol Health Limited has announced that its scheme of arrangement with Integral Diagnostics Limited has become effective, leading to the acquisition of all Capitol shares by IDX. As a result, Capitol’s shares are set to be suspended from trading on the ASX, with shareholders receiving IDX shares in exchange.
