Capitol Health Moves Forward with Integral Merger Vote

Integral Diagnostics Ltd. (AU:IDX) has released an update.

Capitol Health has announced that the Federal Court of Australia has approved a meeting for shareholders to vote on a proposed merger with Integral Diagnostics. The meeting is set to take place on October 31, 2024, and shareholders will receive a Scheme Booklet with detailed information and an independent expert’s report from KPMG endorsing the merger. Capitol’s directors are unanimously in favor of the merger, recommending shareholders to vote for it unless a superior proposal emerges.
