Capitol Health Limited has announced the registration of its Scheme Booklet with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, detailing the proposed merger with Integral Diagnostics Ltd. The booklet, available online and being dispatched to shareholders by 27 September 2024, includes an Independent Expert’s Report by KPMG endorsing the merger as fair and reasonable.
