Capitan Silver Corp., a junior exploration company, has announced its plan to raise C$1.5 million through a non-brokered private placement of 10 million shares, with the aim of advancing its Cruz de Plata gold-silver project in Mexico, funding potential acquisitions, and covering general corporate expenses. The placement, priced at C$0.15 per share, is set to close on March 29th, 2024, pending regulatory approval. The funds will also support the company’s working capital needs.
