Capitan Silver Secures C$2 Million in Oversubscribed Financing

Capitan Mining Inc (TSE:CAPT) has released an update.

Capitan Silver Corp. has successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement, raising C$2 million through the sale of 13.4 million shares. The financing, which included significant investment from construction firm Construplan and support from key shareholders like Michael Gentile, CFA, will fund the advancement of the Cruz de Plata project and other corporate needs. No finder’s fees were paid in this transaction, and all securities are subject to a statutory hold period until August 2024.
