Capitan Silver Corp. has announced an increase in its non-brokered private placement from C$1.5 million to C$2 million, with plans to issue over 13 million shares at C$0.15 each. The additional funds will support the advancement of the Cruz de Plata gold-silver project, potential acquisitions, and general corporate expenses. The expected closing date for this placement is around April 12th, 2024, following regulatory approvals.
