IC Capitalight Corp. is set to raise $2 million by offering common and flow-through shares, with director Douglas MacQuarrie leading with a $1 million order. The funds are earmarked for development of the Blue Lake Copper Project and general capital needs. The offerings will be available to Canadian investors with no hold period on the securities.
