Capitaland India Trust has announced a change in leadership, with Mr Nagabhushanam Gauri Shankar stepping in as the new CEO and Executive Non-Independent Director from August 1, 2024. The outgoing CEO, Mr Sanjeev Durjhati Prasad Dasgupta, will transition to a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director role, after a decade of driving the company’s growth and being recognized for corporate governance excellence. The Board of Directors has been updated to reflect these changes in its composition.
