CapitaLand India Trust has successfully issued S$150 million worth of 3.70% Series 011 Notes due in 2027, under its S$1.5 billion Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme. The newly issued notes are set to be listed on the Singapore Exchange around September 2, 2024. The issue’s conditions include clauses relating to ownership and control, particularly maintaining CapitaLand Investment Limited’s minimum 51% stake in the Trustee-Manager, with no current default events reported.
