CapitaLand India Trust Issues New Units for Fees

Capitaland India Trust (SG:CY6U) has released an update.

CapitaLand India Trust has announced the issuance of 1,740,795 new units to its Trustee-Manager, CLINTMPL, as partial payment for the management base fee for Q1 2024. Half of the fee was covered by these new units, with the remaining 50% paid in cash, based on the average traded unit price on the Singapore Exchange. This financial maneuver increases the total number of issued units to 1,340,171,762 as of May 9, 2024.
