CapitaLand China Trust has announced the pricing of CNH400,000,000 2.90% fixed-rate notes due in 2027 under its S$1,000,000,000 Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme. The notes, which are unsecured and rank equally with all other unsecured obligations of the issuer, are set for issuance on 15 October 2024. Proceeds from the notes will be deployed towards general corporate purposes, investment, and refinancing of existing debts.
