CapitaLand China Trust is strengthening its governance with the appointment of Mr. Chua Keng Kim as a Non-Executive Independent Director and member of the Audit and Risk Committee, effective January 2025. This change enhances the board’s composition, now consisting of ten directors, including six non-executive independent members.
