CapitaLand Ascendas REIT has successfully issued S$300 million worth of 3.73% Green Fixed Rate Notes due in 2034 under its S$7 billion EMTN Programme. The proceeds from these unsecured and unsubordinated notes, which are rated ‘A3’ by Moody’s, will fund Eligible Projects in line with the firm’s Green Finance Framework. This debt issuance, not registered in the US, targets institutional and accredited investors in Singapore.
