CapitaLand Ascendas REIT has announced the issuance of 3,333,043 units at a price of S$2.5878 per unit to pay 20% of its base management fee for the period from June to November 2024. The units are divided between CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited and CLI RE Fund Investments, both subsidiaries of CapitaLand Investment Limited. This strategic decision reflects the company’s flexible approach to management fee payments, utilizing both cash and unit issuances.
