CapitaLand Ascendas REIT has announced the utilization of an additional S$12.3 million from its S$500 million private placement proceeds to partially finance the redevelopment of a logistics property in Singapore. This expenditure aligns with the previously stated objectives for the use of funds. The company has now detailed the allocation of proceeds, which includes funding the acquisition of Seagate’s Singapore R&D facility and other potential asset acquisitions.
