CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (SG:A17U) has released an update.
CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited has issued a corrigendum to their first quarter 2024 business updates, correcting the average portfolio rent reversion to 16.0% and clarifying that there were no renewals in the United States and United States Logistics during the period. The previously reported 28.7% rental reversion pertained to a single-tenant building, not a multi-tenant building as initially indicated. All other information in the 1Q 2024 Business Updates remains the same following the revision.
