Capital VC Limited has announced the termination of its investment management agreement with Evergrande Securities (Hong Kong) Limited (ESHK), effective from October 4, 2024, due to changes in ESHK’s management team. The company is actively searching for a new investment manager to comply with the Hong Kong Listing Rules and assures stakeholders that the group’s operations will not be materially impacted during the transition.
